- What did you like most?Location close to subway station 5 min walk It was fairly clean Bed was comfortable
- Was there anything you didn't like?The AC was not very cold We only got one towel for 3 people including 2 girls with long hair lol. We had to ask for extra towels every day No body wash provided No linens provided for sofa bed Cable and wifi not in service
- What did you like most?The Hotel has excellent sized comfortable rooms. It is centrally located but not a really desirable area overall for NYC activities.
- Was there anything you didn't like?During a multi-day stay, neither the internet nor TV were operational for the greater time of my stay; and it appeared the effort to correct this was marginal, besides the apologies to hotel guests . Unfortunate and unacceptable.
